13. Return and Refund
a. We make every effort to fulfill orders as per specifications and timelines. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our part, an order cannot be shipped or delivered, it is considered canceled, and the amount paid by You will be refunded.
b. You can cancel an order after the Date of Transaction but prior to the dispatch of the product. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatch has been initiated.
c. We will not process a return if you have ordered the wrong product model, color, or incorrect product or service.
d. Return or refund will be considered only when the Customer produces relevant documents and proof.
e. Return and refund will be subject to testing and verification of the alleged fault by an authorized person on our behalf.
f. If, after testing, the product is found to be in good working order without defects, we will return the product to you, and the return carriage costs will be your responsibility.
g. A product will be eligible for replacement only if the same product/model is available in stock. If the same product/model is out of stock, a refund will be provided.

i. Products purchased using the Cash on Delivery option will be refunded to the bank account details provided by You.
j. Customers seeking warranty claims must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty procedures. If manufacturer details are not available, we will assist in connecting you with the manufacturer to address issues.
k. Replacement can be made if the Customer establishes that the product was delivered in a defective condition or had physical damage within 1 (one) hour of receipt.
l. We will arrange to repair the damaged product, collect and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided that you contact us within 1 (one) hour of receipt.
m. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in upon receipt, along with any packaging and other items received with the damaged product.
n. If the amount has been deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) business days to reverse the amount.

p. Besides the aforementioned items and services, the following items and services are not eligible for a refund:

V. Problems known or made aware of before purchase.
VI. Gifts or free services.
VII. Broken, tampered with, or damaged products.
VIII. Products returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires. IX. Any other exceptions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Rules of Returning the Product
